Reunions · Associations · Clubs

Alumni reunions and group trips, planned end to end.

For alumni batches, professional associations and clubs, in India or abroad. We take care of the rooms, arrivals, transfers, experiences, communications and on-ground delivery, so the people organising the reunion can actually be part of it.

Why it matters

The organising committee shouldn't have to become a travel company.

  • Reunions

    Batches meeting after years

Classmates travelling in from different cities and countries, with a programme that leaves plenty of time to catch up.

  • Associations

    Professional and industry groups

Trips and gatherings for members, combining time together with sessions, visits or talks where the group wants them.

  • Clubs

    Shared passions, bigger adventures

Treks, dives and once-in-a-lifetime trips, planned with experienced local guides and operators.

What we handle

Everything the organising committee would otherwise do.

You tell us the purpose, the people and the parameters. We take ownership of the rest and keep you updated without asking you to chase anything.

From the summit

Groups that come back to us.

Group summit trek · Kilimanjaro
All of us in the group reached the summit thanks to the excellent advice and planning by their team… This was the 2nd offsite we did with them.
Anil Adoni, CEO, TokenLinx

Many of the groups we plan for are not companies at all: alumni batches meeting after years, professional associations, and clubs who want to do something ambitious together. The planning is the same: one team, every detail, and people who are there on the ground.

Questions

Reunions & groups: common questions

Do you plan alumni reunions abroad?

Yes. Short-haul destinations such as Sri Lanka, Southeast Asia and the Middle East work especially well, and we also plan reunions within India and further afield.

Can you plan an adventure trip for a club or association?

Yes. We plan group treks and expeditions with experienced local guides and operators, including a group summit trek on Kilimanjaro.

How early should we start planning a reunion?

As early as possible. Large groups need time to confirm numbers, and popular venues book out months ahead in peak season.

Can families and partners join?

Yes. We plan rooms, travel and experiences so partners and families can be part of the trip if the group wants them there.
