Seasons and timing.
The Western Ghats, including Coorg and Chikkamagaluru, are at their greenest in the June to September monsoon, but also at their wettest. October to March is the most reliable season for outdoor programmes.
Leaving Bengaluru early, or midweek, makes a noticeable difference to road travel times. January to March is peak season, so book popular venues well ahead.

What are good offsite locations near Bangalore?
Coorg, Chikkamagaluru, Sakleshpur, Kabini and Mysuru are all within driving distance and suit retreats of two to four nights.
Is Coorg a good choice for a company offsite?
Yes. Coorg has resorts that handle large groups well, with meeting space, plantation walks, treks and river activities. We usually recommend October to March.
Can you plan an international incentive trip from Bengaluru?
Yes. Short-haul destinations such as Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Southeast Asia and the Gulf are easy to reach from Bengaluru and work well for incentive groups.
