What we collect

When you send a brief, we receive the details you enter: your name and role, company, email address, phone number, the kind of trip you are planning, company size, approximate headcount, dates, departure cities, budget range and any notes you add. If your company goes ahead with a programme, we will also need travellers' names and the details suppliers require, such as identity documents for flights and dietary or access needs.

Why we use them

To reply to your brief, prepare options and costs, and plan, book and run your programme. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who else sees them

Our website host and email provider process your brief so it reaches us. When a programme is confirmed, we pass hotels, airlines, transport providers and other suppliers only the details they need to deliver their part of it.

How long we keep them

For as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or programme and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
